3. Booking and Confirmation
To book our services, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information. Upon receiving a booking request, the Company will confirm the appointment through the provided contact details.
3.1 Availability
Service availability is subject to the Company's schedule and resources. The Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
All services are priced based on the scope of work required. The Customer will receive a detailed quote prior to the commencement of services.
4.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
4.2 Additional Costs
Any additional services requested by the Customer that were not included in the original quote may incur extra charges. The Company will notify the Customer of such costs before proceeding.
5. Cancellation Policy
The Customer may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.1 Rescheduling
Both the Company and the Customer may request to reschedule the service. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
6. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the property and items to be cleared.
- Ensure that access to the property is available on the scheduled date and time.
- Remove or secure any items that the Customer does not wish to be cleared.
- Notify the Company of any special requirements or circumstances.
7. Company's Responsibilities
The Company commits to:
- Provide professional and timely house clearance services.
- Handle items with care and respect.
- Dispose of unwanted items in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
7.1 Insurance
Southwark House Clearance maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages or losses during the clearance process.
8. Liability
The Company is liable for any direct damages caused by negligence or willful misconduct during the provision of services. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
8.1 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the services rendered.
9. Privacy Policy

In the event of a force majeure situation, the Company will notify the Customer as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule the services.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Conditions and fails to rectify the breach within a specified period.
13.1 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the Customer is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
17. Assignment
